strict action must be taken against fake loan apps surviving on different digital platforms like Google Play store. A separate dedicated team must be formed to handle fraud and harassment cases across the country. A separate dedicated website, complaint phone number and email id must be created so that people who are suffering because of these fake loan apps can register complaint on these platforms at the earliest and thus the culprits can be traced and caught quickly.
