Concern about wastage of public money on high investment projects and keeping them incomplete.I am citing an ex. of Raipur ,CG.Project Skywalk was started by ruling party at that time & as the state government changed the project was stopped saying it is worthless & crores of rupees has already been invested in that project & people also faced harassment due to that wasteful structures which is passing through the heart of the city.I think research should be done before starting such project.
