This move by Prasar Bharathi has deprived young artists of opportunities. The budget p.a for this channel is less than INR 2cr. but the value added is immense. There is suggestion that for all govt offices , the office employee only clean their respective premises and before 15 minutes they have to attend cleaning . For cleaning the office premises no extra mandays or extra post of safai karmi will be needed The appointment of peon to respective offices is further not needed. This rule may be extended to all govt sectors including bank and schools.All officers will use cycle to come to office

Sir, Swacch Bharat has been one of the greatest initiative you have started and I cannot thank you enough for that. However, at the grass roots level, I see this not being effective. I live in Bangalore and I see garbage being dumped in many places, especially outside the corporation limits that are governed by panchayats. Panchayat says they do not have the funds and infrastructure to do solid waste management. Public urination and spitting are rampant too. Humble request to address these.
