Respected Prime Minister Shri Modi Ji, Namasthe. I would like to give this humble suggestion to you. Now a days criminal activities are happening across the country. Some illegal migrants are involved in some crimes. Hence please introduce a system to get them registered with a separate tamper proof Smart Card for such migrants and also a separate ID card for migrant workers who works in other states. Like passport & Aadhaar Card process, they should visit the nearest Police Station near their house and register their details with all 5 fingers impression, retina image, their blood Group and close family members and friends contact details. The employers engaging these migrants should mandatorily have a copy of this ID card and share it with the nearest Police Station till they engage them. Once the work is completed they should report back to the Police Station. This will prevent many crimes and help to nab the culprits immediately. Same thing has to be followed for illegal migrants.

Respected PM sir every kind of reservations should be banned immediately in govtt jobs and elsewhere. This is against the Preamble of our constitution this is discrimination on of basis of caste and this compromise with merit is very unlawful Idea as certain incompatible candidates get entry in government jobs and such candidates are burden on Economy good governance and whole system is being collapsed due to poor quality and merit of the candidates seleced through reservatoon. This is also injustice with the meritorious candidates. kindly look into the matter one day this reservation have to be finished and that day should be today. Sir there shold be some limit. New category of OBC Made then EWS . Sir why a meritorious candidate should suffer of any cast. Free coaching, economic assistance or whatsoever may be possible for upliftment of deprieved sections of societoes is may be done but selection of 2% merit on place of 78% is not justified. EWS also absolutely faulty.

I would like to bring this matter for your attention. 2 days ago 3M company had conducted 3M Inspire Challenge 2022. 9 teams from India competed with 9 countries teams and PES College in Bengaluru also participated in this Challenge. Team BUMBLR from PES College won the first prize with US $ 7,000/ But this event was not covered by media and not highlighted anywhere. It is a proud moment for our country while our PM is participating in G20 Summit in Bali. I feel that the students who participated in this Challenge has to be recognised and encouraged. I'm happy to inform you that my nephew Dhruva G is also one among the BUMBLR team. I'll be very happy if you could kindly mention this in Mann ki Baat and appreciate the efforts taken by BUMBLR team and bringing fame to our country. Honorable pm sir this is to bring your kind notice about the shortcomings of the new education policy sir this semester system in graduation examination is totally irrelevant as four times examination in a year is an absurd idea. Sir besides this students are being forced to celebrate some everyday in the name of jayanti's of some people/ Namami Gange/ govtt schemes everyday is being celebrated a special day and academic activities in colleges are zero and students are just doing such tasks with zero interest and zero presence which adversely affecting their academic development. This tendency of celebrating everyday as a special day in colleges especially in higher education institute is to be checked immediately because these mature students knows everything about such things however it's impact is zero as the such kind of celebrations are just totally formality due to lack of funds and its adversely affecting the teaching and learning process that is the main objective in colleges

Respected PM sir this is to bring your kind notice that appointments on post of Assistant Professor all over India in all University is being made giving the weightage of PhD degree up to 30 marks out of 100 how theNET qualified candidate can get appointment in universities this is the biggest sir The Phd holders are just unable to qualify NET examination that is qualification post for post of Assistant Professor. I therefote strongly object this rule to give the weightage in API score of extra 30 marks for Ph.D. It should be given zero weightage.
