LIC has brought a circular by which policies with sum assured upto Rs200000 has to be paid on maturity without insisting for submission of original policy with required documents subject to conditions being fulfilled. But most of the City branches do not follow and kept the matured amount with bonus with them insisting for documents submission where stipulated conditions like Policy should not have been transferred,NEFT instructions should not have been altered. Even a email to their zonal office do not give proper directions to the branch But good thing is many Rural branches are following the instructions and even agent take trouble to get the original policy from the insured after they get matured amount Hope fora positive response

Project Shrimati, Enactus JMI's flagship project, emerged as the Enactus Global Race for Climate Action Impact winner at the 2022 Enactus World Cup, on 3rd November, 2022 for “demonstrating the greatest impact on reducing the adverse effects on Climate". Among 90 entries and 16 countries, passing an independent judging panel of approximately 60 eminent subject matter experts, Enactus alumni and sponsor employees, Project Shrimati was acclaimed as the innovation whose impact was the most profound when it came to climate action. Project Shrimati, in addition to working on the principles of making environmentally friendly, biodegradable and reusable sanitary pads, aims to provide a steady income source to the women communities of Shram Vihar in New Delhi, in association with a community-based organization, Each One Feed one. Thus, the project gives them an opportunity for self-dependency and self-sufficiency while also raising awareness regarding menstrual health and hygiene.
