This will reduce the unknowingly burning of garbage on streets and prohibiting the people who are doing this act. Infants, senior citizens, pregnant sisters, Asthamatics are mainy badly affected by smoke due to burning So I humbly Request you to start this as National Programme. Respected Prime Minister Sir This is Nikita a 14 years daughter of India from Rajasthan. Sir I am suffering from debilitating Disease Hereditary Spastic paraplegia which is unabling me to walk. Like other children I wish to fulfill my dreams but India have no proper act,no provision and no strategy regarding treatment of  this type of  rare disease. Many other countries except India are doing good in this field.So I request to my prime minister please make an early arrangements until proper provisions take place So that children like me could not go to end without feelings of healthy one. Recently a child with same disease has been  treated at Sick kid hospital Torento Canada which costs about 16 crore rupees.It is impossible for a common family to arrange such a big amount. Hello Sir, I am Prabas Kumar Sahoo from Odisha. I am working with an NGO called EKJUT which is working in several states of India . Since a decade we are working for Nutrition projects to reduce Wasting, Stunting and Malnutrition among children aged 06 months to 03 years of age in remote areas of Jharkhand and Odisha. We are running Creches (Day care Centre) for children whose parents are engaged in Mining works, agriculture, farming and forest works. By attending Creches, we found there are significant reduction in Malnutrition (stunting, wasting and Undernutrition) among children and it is cost effective also. In these creches children are provided 3 times nutrition food, games and stimulation activities. My urge to esteemed Government, if creches can be scaled up in rural and tribal villages of India, then malnutrition status of children can be reduced before they admitted to Anganwadi Centres. How can Govt protect citizens working Private companies against termination / lay off employees ? Help needed: 1). There should be Standard and same Broad Terms & Conditions of Appointment letter of Private sector Employees also like Govt Servant Appointment Letters (which protect them even against power i.e. GOVT). Currently Private sector employers put one sided terms & conditions , favoring employers. 2). Govt should give guidance and support to Private sector employees for Filing PIL (Public Interest Litigation) 3). HR Ministry should interact more with Companies Back ground: refer Recent Layoffs and job losses by world class companies which as per me is actually PSYCHOLOGICAL MASSACRE.
