India banned the sale, distribution and use of e-cigarettes, claiming the reason to be the prevention of a smoking epidemic within the youth of the country, which from an outside perspective seems to be a great idea as there have been talks of the same being implemented in various other countries, which already take steps to minimize the dangerous habit of smoking tobacco within its own youth population, such as the sale of alcohol and tobacco after an ID check, how can India, a country where a school student in uniform can purchase cigarettes from any street vendor implement such rules at the cost of the people who are trying to quit smoking through the medium of vaping. It is truly disappointing to see how little thought and investigation is put into making such huge decisions which affect so many people all over the country, not to mention the questions that can be raised to the integrity of the government, considering the very deep funds of Big Tobacco.

Other than religious political parties Do you know there are 15 caste based political parties in Tamilnadu? In addition to mobile phone communication they have own TV channels too to communicate. How about other states? It is not healthy development to our society. Root causes is Verna system. We should perform risk assessment for the divisions of society. There is going to be lots of integrity issues in near future which will create dangerous environment. In addition to NGOs, these caste based political parties further complicates new development projects by resisting in the initial stage itself. While government is monitoring the funding of NGOs and religious parties, there is a need to monitor them too(superficial growth control). By allowing subdivisions we created many opportunities for rivals to disturb our peace and growth. Removing caste name from the street sign boards or collage names is superficial action. We need to take action on root cause to mitigate the problem.

The Big Problem: Every City and Big Town has an abundance of hospitals and doctors for all medical problems and has all needed emergency treatment available throughout 24hours of the day. But in villages and small towns, things are different. There is one or no hospital for many miles, no ambulance, no nurse, and no doctors available for any medical emergency. Rich people can afford their own vehicle, but again bad village roads make it difficult. Poor people are left to their fate. The Solution: To set up a Basic Medical Emergency Treatment Facility at every corner of every village. The population of India living below the poverty line declined from 37% in 2004-2005 to 22% in 2011-12 (Planning Commission data). In 2011-12, 22% of the population (one in five Indians) lived in extreme poverty. This figure is expected to decline to 5% by 2022, as per World Poverty Clock estimate. However, 80% of the poor in India live in villages. Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, and Chhattisgarh have the poorest areas. 43% of the poor belong to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe categories, as per World Bank statistics (2016). मेरा एक सुझाव है जो भी भारतीय परिवार चाहे सेहरी हो या ग्रामीण जो भी अपने घर मैं तीन बोरी अनाज रखना चाहे उसे तीन बोरी अनाज सरकार दे दे और एक वर्ष तक यदि ये परिवार तीनो बोरी को सुरक्षित रखे तो तीन मैं से एक बोरी उस परिवार को सरकार की तरफ से मुफ्त दी जाये क्यों की सरकार के पास न तो जगह है अनाज रखने के लिए न शेड हैं न गोडाउन हैं हर साल अनाज खराब होता है चूहे खा जाते हैं बारिश मैं भीग जाता है सरकार को इस सुझाव पर गौर करना चाइये = डॉ अनुराग कपिल
