Undertrial victims:With magisterial powers to a number of levels in district administration(SDMs, Commissioners, Dy/Addl Commissioners,Tahasildars, District/Deputy/addl/ Sub-collectors, District Magistrates etc). All are in admin&magisterial functions are often neglected. There are thousands of under trials in district jails waiting for their turn of date for case hearing. In most cases these persons must have crossed max punishment if proven guilty.Even after that, they are kept in jails as there is no sp official to discharge them after that period. With so many magisterial persons, why wait for courts to try them when already thousands of pending cases are in courts? All petty crimes like pick picketing, petty querrels etc can be disposed off by these officials.Every district head should have a regular updated list of undertrials, cases disposed off, list with custody date&date of max punishment if proven guilty, if date has lapsed reason for not releasing him etc. This will give justice

Dear Hon. Priminister Shri Narendra Modiji, Good to hear from you 'The MankiBat'. No doubt, all Indian salute such deep thoughts for each and every Indian. At least someone is thinking for them as they feel now. Sir, still we have to march on a long road with your vision 'Make in India'. Our one of the sector so far not developed to its expectable standard. That is the aircraft sector and if we will think about it we not only developed our technology but also we may achieve self-sustainability. Most of the sector is marching well under your able guidance. Secondly, I think the involvement of intellectual groups in our research and Development activity. we have sufficient think tanks in India and if they dedicate their small time to our development, no doubt it will bring our Nation to a top calibered nation. About Make in India, most of the sectors as per our requirement are engaged and produce a good amount of necessary products for our requirements. But, now it is required for big.

Sir, 8th November was the sixth anniversary of demonetisation. It was a brilliant idea with a view to eliminating black money and giving a push to digital transactions. However, there was some confusion in its implementation. Almost the entire amount of old 500 and 1,000 rupee notes returned to the banking system. Many bank officials didn’t cover themselves in glory. Now 2,000 rupee notes are not printed and banks are not releasing these notes. People in general are not using 2,000 rupee notes. I request the government to ban 2,000 rupee notes as soon as possible. Mostly these notes are used for hoarding black money. We see how ED and IT officials are unearthing mountains of mostly 2,000 rupee notes. This ban will not lead to inconvenience to the general public and eliminate the black money in cash form. There should be proper scrutiny by the banks while these notes are exchanged with other denomination notes. Past mistakes should not be repeated.
