honorable sir, sir as you very passionate about ATMANIRBHAR BHARAT and its main aspect is energy security , hence you taking step towards renewable energy sources in which solar energy and government is making huge solar park in unused land still we laying of land so my small suggestion addition to this in our vilages farmers having cow shade, cattle shed , onion shed other fruit processing shade of tin sheets if you install such small scale plant it will help us for that government should appoint special authority in every district who can goes and survey the location and gives all permission complete all documentation on war footing basis.so in peak load situation we can get energy mostly peak load in summer and solar help us to match our need thank you #Do support nation building

Judicial and land reforms should happen. Judge appointments should be on merit, experience. All judges first posting should be through exams. Judges should be held accountable for delays in judgement. Annual leaves of judges should be reduced and made on par with central and state govt employees. Any promotion should be on merit and performance. Land reforms- Aadhaar registration of properties must as many people but lands in name of helpers and relatives. Highways should be made cattle/buffalo free-for their and travelers safety. Bike and tractors should not ride as if they won the highways.Road infrastructure within cities is of major concern.Real causes of pollution should be addressed.1/2

there are various attempts of government to eliminate rural urban divide , rural tribal divide and promoting Tourism circuits etc. with two aims inclusive society and Rural employment. I recently saw "kantara" movie. i think so there is need of Integrated digital portal for all India level where Grampanchayat, taluka, district level heads will notify festivals in their area e.g. Ran of Kutch, Kambala, Jalikattu,Pola animal fairs , tribal festivals from North east. To this festivals urban people can book tickets and rural people will arrange everything Residence,clean washrooms, food etc. This portal of cultural ministry will bring revolution, urban people can find business opportunity, investment potential, partnership in rural business on occasion of festivals. For this Bollywood stars and business man' participation through this Portal in rural festivals can bring new revolution in urban behavior which is "isolated elite existence seperated from rural and tribal area".

There is need of "National dredging Agency" under ministry of Agriculture. Which will lay down national plan for dredging yearly, 5 yearly basis for major rivers, minor rivers, ponds, Water bodies (both artificial and natural). This agency will do dredging and revival of water bodies. Will have reasearch wing (To adopt state of art technology... small and big machines as per Indian need). This agency will have Integrated portal for all India level where some projects will be completed by 1. Private contract 2. PPP 3. CSR 4. CSR 5. Public participation (shramdan). 6. public funding (financial and technical free provision of Bulldozer by Owners). 7.NGO The projects laid down on portal, will be completed by respective districts collectors from either of the 7 options provided. Watershed programme would be kept completely seperate. once This is achieved then we can think of Diverting potential of This programme to Watershed programme.

As a responsible citizen of India, I strongly appreciate your kind of dedication for work. Sir, you always think for bright future for all Indians, but at district level, at taluka level and at village levels still many of the government officers opt for corruption. No officer makes our work happen without making any kind of corruption, every officer wants bribe to make our work happen. Please make necessary changes in our Indian working system so that we Indians will be happy to rely on these governmental bodies. Even after getting a huge amount of salary from government I don't know why these officers still want bribe. If this is the case then whom should we say our complaints. In banks, post offices everywhere wherever governmental bodies are present no one thinks for common people. This is not the first time happening in India, but we have some good hope from you sir.
