Senior Citizen Service Team (SC-ST) Govt. create a SC-ST unit in every post office to take care of 70+ yrs Senior citizens in their area, who are alone helpless or thrown out of their home by their children by giving following services 1) Only one member is require in post office to handle such cases under their pincode 2) They can personally visit all senior citizens home to see if they have taken all govt schemes who are eligible to take them like Pension, health card etc 3) To help them to do govt paper work / pay electric bills on their behalf (just service without money) 4) Create a app for SC-ST where that post officer can head his area with help of near by NGO (if any) 5) In that app people can donate to make this efforts self funded without much help from govt 6) In this app, people / near by hotels / marriage hall can donate food or remaining food to give such needy senior citizens 7) This will also help govt to know who all are alive for pension scheme
