माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी , वर्तमान में कृषकों द्वारा फसलों में जाने अनजाने संस्तुति मात्रा से अधिक रासायनिक कीटनाशकों का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है जिससे कारण पर्यावरण एवं अनेक स्वास्थ संबंधी समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो रही है आईपीएम (इंटीग्रेटेड पेस्ट मैनेजमेंट )की विधि द्वारा खेतों में पड़ रहे अंधाधुंध कीटनाशकों के प्रकोप से बचा जा सकता है इस विधि के द्वारा खेती की लागत में भी भारी कमी आती है साथ ही पर्यावरण को भी नुकसान नहीं पहुंचता है प्राकृतिक खेती में भी आईपीएम के यांत्रिक उपाय यथा सोलर लाइट ट्रैप, फेरोमोन ट्रैप, स्टिकी स्ट्रिप ट्राइकोंकार्ड ,नीम आयल गोमूत्र आदि के द्वारा कीटों का आसानी से बिना किसी रसायन के नियंत्रण किया जा सकता है इस बेहद आसान विधि से किसानों द्वारा अपनी फसलों में कीटों का नियंत्रण किया जा रहा है जिसके कारण उनके उत्पाद की लागत काफी घट गई साथ ही उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता में वृद्धि हुई इन उपायों को अपनाने से उपज में वृद्धि के साथ ही तथा भंडारण क्षमता में भी वृद्धि होती

Does a mother have no right to apply for a child care leave for her child.And if she has a right then why are many such applications rejected? Against the rejection, why does a mother has to go to the higher authorities?

Namaste!....Dear PM I appreciate your efforts for citizens of India. As it is completely true that people have a lot of differences in their opinions and thought process, they perceive differently. Even a single scheme launched may be appreciated by some and criticized by others simultaneously. My concern is that young minds of India need to get the right approach in life which comes from the environment in school and home. People are stressed these days, individualistic in nature and so children are not bought up properly even parents find it difficult to deal with the situation. This leads to crimes, unemployment, ignorance, waste of human capital, health concerns etc. in longer term. I herby propose a solution which is that there shall be at least one mental health expert/counsellor associated with each village so that people can live happily, express themselves. We need to work upon this because there is lack of awareness in this segment and costly services.
