We have hug population & limited land .In every passing year fertility of land is decreasing.We are forced to create more farmland by cutting more forest.We should not encourage export of agricultural produce. There are options to increase former income. We should divide country under agricultural universities & each universities should be given Grant to spread innovative techniques to former through internship students. Dairy & Honey bee forming, Herbal plantation, jaggery based products etc. are some methods to increase income.

So to strike the terrorism by separating them from general public mainly from OBCs in the valley, my submission to the Hon’ble PM that as earlier 27% reservation extended for OBCs in NEET, KVs, Navodias and Medical education, 27% reservation may be implement for OBCs in J&K at earliest, removing controversial reserve categories RBA and ALC. Subsequently reservation in Panchayati Raj Institution and Municipalities in terms of Article 243(d) 6 and T(6) may also be extended. Consequently 27% PRI representative from the valley will be elected under OBC reservation on BJP nomination, which will be asset for BJP in forthcoming first Assemble Election after Article 370 and Gupkar alliance will see a great set back. Respected Pradhan Mantri Modi Ji, I am approaching you to speak on chronic Type 1 diabetes affected kids during Mann ki Baat. These are normal kids but have to take insulin injection before every meal and before sleep at night. Many world achievers are Type 1 patients. If the government can allow these kids to carry food items during Board or competitive exams as also insulin pumps it would give them equal opportunity. As per government rules these kids are medically unfit for government jobs. However even differently abled are allowed due to reservation. Your initiative on this will help many Sir. I humbly request you to take an initiative and address this issue. World doctors are already writing about India becoming world diabetic capital. we don't want it, but if it happens we would deal with it courageously under your leadership and ensure Bharat continues to grow. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर नमस्कार निष्पक्ष तरीके से आवेदन/फाइलों का निपटारा करना समयबद्घ किया जाना जरूरी हो तथा बिलंब होने पर संबंधित कर्मचारी की जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करके अवश्य दंडित किया जाए तो निश्चित रूप से भ्रष्टाचार में काफी कमी आयेगी और हर आम नागरिक /व्यापारी का कार्य नियमानुसार बिना किसी लेन देन के संभव होगा। महोदय ऐसा होने पर आम जन मानस में भ्रष्टाचार से लड़ने की इच्छा शक्ति बढ़ेगी और भ्रष्टाचार कम हो जाएगा।

Respected Pradhan Mantri Ji, I want to seek your intervention for Type 1 Diabetes patients. Sir, type 1 diabetes patients are insulin dependent patients and are very young. I am also one of them. I have been taking four insulin injections in my stomach every day for last five years. This is a chronic disease with no cure. With regular insulin intake we can live normal life. Unfortunately experts are predicting India to become diabetes capital of world in near future. Sir, in exams invigilators do not allow us to carry food items to cater for hypoglycaemia. Government has not declared Type 1 affected kids as disabled also. I am in 12th class and want to become a space scientist or an administrator. However we are not allowed to even carry insulin pump during exams. Sir, May I request for some policy decisions to allow us take exams with Insulin pump as also declare it as a disability.
