All land within Indian territory belongs to Government of India and then to any institutions/agencies. It is brought to your notice that armed forces, particularly Army has large holding of land all over the country. This is a colonial legacy due to which land authorisation to Army units is in far excess of requirement. Resource sharing and optimal utilisation of land needs to be encouraged. Environment Parks (Golf Courses) are only one of many such examples. I urge you to order a Study at National Level in this regard under a Retired Judge of Supreme Court. Office life is invading into Personal lives Odd hour Video Conferences, Meetings,Overlapping targeted programmes, over extended duty hours are killing family time, recreation time and personal time which actually is decreasing efficiency and is a threat to mental health. Our children are getting affected by our long duration absence due to unusual working hours. These type of workfront challenges are not contributing to any positive outcome to the organisation or public. Ther must be a regulatory mechanism on this as we need to get rest both physically and mentally. For contractual employees there must be a well-defined duty hour,Medical benefits etc. If there is a national emergency we are always ready to serve infact done so during Covid but if everyday we are put into a created emergency situation then what is the use of talking about Mental Health, celebrating Mental Health day, creating awareness on Non Comunicable Diseases. Honbl PM When we got one biometric card ADHAR then why voter card needed? Can't we amalgate voter and Adhar card? If we can a lot of money will safe. In every poll from Panchayat to loksava can be arranged by adhar card. We are in digital yug so one biometric card can use for many other purposes. I know it's difficult but we have to do it. In many other country one biometric card used in different purpose.
