Government (Public servant) and Judiciary's primary objective is to protect and serve citizens of India in line with constitution. PROBLEMS FACED BY CITIZENS: Acute shortage of manpower in Judiciary & Govt offices (at least 50% shortage as per us). Yes both judiciary and most govt employees are working 10-14 hours a day but it is not helping solution. We believe and hope that this shortage is not kept deliberately (Jan boojh kar) "to give rise to corruption and help anti society elements". SUGGESTIONS TO PMO: Maximize Automation CCTV Cameras at public places including Govt Offices Mobiles and bank accounts of Public servants should always be under surveillance Create Better image of India in the globe- to help retaining Indian Talent staying in India Attracting world companies to set up plants, offices , businesses in India

Respected prime minister - My suggestion for Mann Ki Baat is on the topic of "respecting ones profession" - Many of us aspire to pursue a particular stream or profession - Some want to be doctors, some engineers, some lawyers, Etc., It is not always the case that we are able to achieve what we want to be. In cases where one is not able to achieve ones aspiration, they end up pursuing different lines of activity. While doing so they also carry with them a regret of not being able to achieve what they initially aspired to do because of which they feel they are doing something because of force and not by preference. Because of this, many are unable to do justice to their line of activity whatever it may be that they are doing. I would think it is an important topic for our country because when we as a nation are on a growth trajectory, we would want our people to respect their work, enjoy working and take pride in what they do.

Govt need to be self reliant for transporting oil and own insurance system to avoid being blackmailed by other countries when we take our stand. They are going to use their arm twisting techniques , the only way out seems to be having own shipping. It’s a long process but country shall reap its fruits in time to come. We are a sovereign country and definitely should have our stand in international scenario without being under pressure of anybody.
