2500+ innocent buyers like me who bought homes from Logix Blossom Zest Sec143, Noida in 2011 and no flats given till today. we are paying Rent, EMI. We filed FIR in EOW, in NCDRC complained in UP RERA and NCLT but no use, UP RERA is not working diligently, No escalation in UP RERA. We approached CM, Yogiji through Twitter campaign but no reply. Presently 38.5 lakh beneficiaries are covered by CGHS in 74 cities all over India and the endeavor is to include more cities to improve the accessibility of the services. It is high time for Ministry of Health and Family Planning and PMO to take immediate steps to introduce Generic Medicines for SWABHIMANI BHARAT, SWASTH BHARAT AUR ATAM NIRBHAR BHARAT It should be made mandatory for each CGHS dispensary to procure medicines from nearest PMBJAK.

In fact full BIS tolerances ( Minus side ) are availed by Supplier / Contractor, which can’t be objected by implementing Agencies due to BIS Provisions.
