Topic: Small Daily Habits That Changed Young Lives Around Me Idea Text: I have noticed that many young people around me have talent and big dreams, but they often struggle with discipline and consistency. In my locality, a small group of students decided to follow a simple daily routine. They wake up a little early, spend 15 to 20 minutes reading or studying, and try to reduce unnecessary mobile phone usage. Over time, I saw a clear change in their confidence, focus, and attitude. Some of them even started helping others stay motivated. These small habits did not need money or special resources, only commitment. If such simple routines are encouraged among youth across the country, it can quietly build a more focused, responsible, and positive generation for our nation.

A sincere request to our honourable PM to ensure functionaries at lower levels perform and that can only happen if top functionaries are made accountable .Issues of providing basic amenities like clean drinking water , uninterrupted electricity, noise pollution, violation of traffic rules , garbage lifting, decongestion of roads and foot paths , removal of unauthorised hoardings , encroachments and the like are some of the issues which require attention as they effect the common man and are amongst the basic needs of the public.

Collector-Like Systems in Governance: Legacy of Centralization and Colonialism No developed country having system like deputy commissioner and collector except pakistan, Nepal and bangaladesh. Why we need latsahab and police captain in India. In many countries, the district or local level of government is headed by a powerful administrative official who represents higher state authority. In India, this figure is the District Collector—a role that combines revenue collection, law and order, coordination of government departments, and implementation of central and state policies. Similar systems exist in other parts of the world, but their prevalence and powers vary significantly. A key pattern emerges: collector-like systems are most prominent in countries with colonial legacies or centralized governance traditions. Why we are not overcome with the British legacy. Thanks
