Sir, I would like to bring to your notice the condition of national flags in our country. As a part of Har Ghar Tiranga, every household has hoisted the Tricolor. But no proper care is being taken to ensure their safety and honour . I have witnessed many faded, half-torn flags in and around my city. It is very saddening as people are not given proper guidelines and probably not aware of what needs to be done to the flags after the occasion. It would be nice if you can address this issue.

Dear PM Modiji, I have worked on a project for Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav by compiling 75 of my watercolour sketches capturing the different aspects of India from ancient temples to Dosa seller to Terracotta crafts. All these sketches were done on location from direct observation. I would like to present the book to you during the Amrit Mahotsav duration. Metro feeder bus service needs to be introduced in every nook and corner to avoid traffic jams . Bangalore is famous for traffic jams and feeder buses at a frequency of 10 mins will definitely reduce. The feeder buses need to cover all neighbouring areas within 2 to 3 kms radius. Bangalore traffic has not reduced as connectivity is very poor even after metro is introduced. Autos and uber are not solution

For tatkal reservation in trains, please introduce a quota for differently abled and their families around 50 seats . Many times, these families need to take journeys for treatment, therapy, join Differently abled community and training.

For the differently abled community, the care givers need to spend lot of time , money and energy. For the expenses spent by care givers for therapy,medicines, treatment, medical consultation and Group Home and travel, please give complete tax exemption so that it reduces the financial burden for the affected families . Also to use the above facilities, please introduce these exemption online and also travel concessions linked to UDID card rather than running from pillar to post. Also please encourage skill development organisations to include divang at concessional fees. Or give tax exemption for their fees.

Please introduce daily day and night express trains from Bangalore to Pondicherry via Thiruvannamalai and Katpadi as there are lots of students, spiritual aspirants and tourist going to and fro from these places. Also the mayiladuthirai train from Bangalore can be extended till Chidambaram. This temple destination is not connected directly from Bangalore Thanks a lot Sir

Department of Empowerment and People with Disabilities need to use the latest technology to avoid people coming to the office and wait for hours to submit forms and collect ID cards etc. Please use the centres nearby like Niramaya Health insurance scheme to avoid going to Offices . The staff at Disability offices all over India need to be sensitised on waiting time of differently abled especially mentally and physically challenged. The waiting and processing time to be reduced bare minimum to avoid uncomfortable situation for the differently abled and their care givers. Also they need to be given higher priority queue in all Government offices at state and Central Government level and Display sign boards for their queues. Many times , this community struggles to go out fearing the crowd and insensitive offices. It would be nice if Disability offices recruit staff from differently abled families so that they understand the community better. Please initiate sir, required changes
