Building in the same place will only result in expenditure and Delhi has become a polluted place.It's high time that we have a second capital where new things are built over. Just like Honourable President winter time Bungalow in Hyderabad starting capital nearby would not only develop the new place but also will be available for any contingency.

Sir as A Student I want Say that all classes students should promoted to next class without taking any exam if you want to take exam you should take it online we are ready for that but we do not ruin our one year so please sir do something for students And Sir please Do Full Lockdown With very strict rules and if shops are open public will go for buy anything but if shops are close no one go outside so please do full lockdown and promote all students.
