One suggestion on CSR - data shows that companies are spending required 2% at the last moment (between January - March) and that's why very random spending. Why can't there be a provision that CSR money should be spent throughout year (e.g. during all four quarters). This will force firms to be more planned on CSR.

Honourable sir, there are number of economically backward student who cannot fulfill his /her dreams due high fee structure of colleges .These colleges charge high amount of fee.So there today need for new India is FRAI it means fee regulating authority of india which decide fee structure of private as well government colleges, which help economically backward student .

But with CPEC in mind,which may make Pakistan more strategically important for Gulf & European countries may weaken our diplomacy in future.Since China claims CPEC is an economic project rather than an political investment, we should handle it with care.
