There are many govt Research organisations. But hardly 5 % research is done for societal benefits. Rest Research is for paper production & self. There is misutilization of public money. Public is not benefitted totally from Research. Projects gets delayed heavily. Unrealistic Project schedules are projected. Govt System needs to be tightened

1. All Govt. Departments should start accepting digital payments. 2. All Nigam,palika, panchayat, should provide app and website to interact with them. 3. Pension to MPs/MLAs should be stopped. 4. political parties should accept funds in non-cash form only irrespective of amount. 5. All co-operative banks should be merged with Nationalized banks.

Sir,do say little about, the reforms in police dept..Police have to be the part of civilians..We see many honest police officers in our country, who are the classic examples of trust,bravery and sincerity in their job...Some of them are so brave as our brave soldiers who serves the country..of those police officers who are not corrupt, the Govt should always recognize them and promote them to the higher position,so the country always benefit with their honesty !Lets salute them!
