Children are being sent to preschool/ anganwadi to learn nursery rhymes which they should actually be learning in the proper school. The curriculum in these schools should be to teach them some simple disciplines like how to be clean, cross the road, not littering the place etc this will help programmes like Swatch Bharat in the long run.
