Sir, Promises are to be fulfilled. In the first Budget FM promised to elevate ISM to the level of IIT. 2nd Budget also presented and passed. Please instruct concerned to work on this and finish. Promises made and not fulfilled is really hurting the image of Govt. You have been selected by people to be different from Congress. You are different, and we are sure you will do things differently.

Today government is bring in digital integration of many aspect of citizen into governance and taking administrative governance to new level of corporate scale. How about adding a module or depart of calculate the un-utilized strength, skill - power, resource, knowledge and look at the dynamic GAAP analysis in new dimension. This new way of looking will help in bring various government initiative and effort to leverage pursuable tasks/links/Gaaps at much lower input efforts.

No doubt that road & highway development is in full swing, but quality also needs to be catered. Govt is spending a huge amount on these, but the quality is pathetic, someone should be answerable to the amt spend, there should not be any payment for their maintenance for atleast some years, then only quality would come into picture.
