Dear sir,my suggestion is about water saving.1.I have seen government water supply for public places are without watertaps .I am living in Guwahati, here no dearth of water so public taps water flowing uselessly nobody takes even a single bucket of water from it.if there will be taps in every water outlets then we can save plenty of water and will stop wastage of water.water department should check frequently water outlets without taps. This problem is also in Bhagalpur in Bihar.

India is faced with so many risks. However, there is no systemic structure to detect, measure, analyze mitigate and monitor the Risk. Believe India should set up an institution for the purpose. It could be a cabinet level ministry or a commission under PMO. When every organization is required to have Risk Management a high priority management function, why not government of India have the same thing.

Respected Sir, The airlines are looting the passengers. The cancellation fee is as high as 91.6%. I booked a ticket in Air India from Chennai to Trivananthapuram on 15 April 2016 to travel on 30 June 2016.I canceled the ticket on 19 May 2016.The ticket cost was INR 2510 and the refund was just INR 210.No other airline companies in the world charge this type of unjustified fines. Request your high office to ensure that we get fair treatment. I am attaching the PDF copy for your perusal

Regarding swatch Bharat mission I feel all shop keepers must have a toilet mandatory for their staff and their customers. Similarly all offices must have them. I have noticed that in absence of toilets in shops or offices people look for easing themselves on the streets or open fields. Women and senior citizens off course have no choice and they suffer. I have noticed even banks do not have clean toilets in their premises. Thank you.

Respected Sir, As I mentioned below the committee introduced should have the power of giving tickets to the offenders of law!! if the introduced committee does not reach the expectations in terms of work and tidiness of that area they would be fined by the government considering them to be the violators of law .this can be one small rule that can help both Unemployed as well as (swatch bharat) also increasing the government revenue that can be used in an other place of development Jai Hindh

Respected Sir, Over Decades the ratio of unemployment and illiteracy has become very high!! a beautiful idea (Swachh Bharat ) when introduced was appreciated but when practically implemented did not work as expected.as people again proved that all they can is just point fingers. well I have an idea why not a small committee can introduced to take care of the tidiness and a power of writing penalties for offenders of law. by this we can have a control over both unemployment rate and tidiness
