With this government can utilize the money and in return people should get some reward points. 2. Can we have solar farmers? Intending students of Schools (both govt. And Private) shall plant a tree when they are in class 5th.on his/her own private premises or road side or vacant land to be earmarked by the specified authority. After five years the student will be awarded five marks under green India programme, if the tree is alive and well-raised. The marks can be used by the student to enhance his aggregate for admission for higher studies or job. He can use the mark only in one occasion

State of affairs DRINKING WATER: DESALINATION plants can be erected/ constructed along the coastal area.Desalination plant can convert sea water into potable water, the potable water will be stored in large storage tanks (similar to crude oil/ oil product storage tanks) and transported through pipelines and pumping stations to different locations having storage tanks to store this potable water.From these tanks connect to existing facility for distribution.Of course this water is chargeable.

Dear Prime Minister, I'd kindly request you to ask to the people of the nation to use the horns of their vehicles as less as possible. The increased use of horns often causes tension and other associated problems. The noise pollution because of it is also endangering the lives of birds across the country. I hope you will raise awareness among the citizens of the nation regarding this issue.

Dear Sir, I suggest you ask people to plant at least one tree every year. This might change scene of the country in few years. Government should provide support for this by providing space and look after facilities.
