For benefit of agricultural monitoring: A SMS based monitoring where each farmer can send the crop-type, acreage, location, date, optionally with Adhaar or other such IDs to a central database. Panchayat offices can recruit field surveyors and do this for farmers. Can avoid too much or too less of a crop and hence extreme price fluctuations. There should be some old-style scheme. But SMS/digital based will be very efficient. Data can be used in many ways. Mainly to advice farmers on type of crop

#MannKiBaat, #MyGov : We should make our hospitals smart, companies like Infosys, TCS can do wonders , we can digitize patent data, use Machine learning to manage appointments, diagnostics and reports. Need of the house is SMART HOSPITALS, because if we keep on doing what we are doing, we wont be able to provide health to all. Note: I work for Infosys.

In PGI/ AIIMS , patients have to go from place to place to collect reports, doctors have to refer to reports in patient's files. Why cant we make it paperless and every data should be present in the Phone. All the data will be available to doctor at press of a button, patients also will not have to run for reports , doctors can minimize the visit of patients to hospital and can recommend medicines etc on phone only. We need SMART hospitals.

Our health institutions are cramped with people ( take a look at PGI chd), we have shortage of doctors, doctors spend most of their time reading / recommending test and then analyzing it. We have tons of data about patients ( like age, sex, test results, disease, diagnosis, tests done etc ) , we can use machine learning ( Very cheap and open soruced too ) to do primary diagnose, recommend test and save a lot of time for doctors. It will be a game changer for Indian health industry.

It is highly essential to revamp existing "Grievance Redressal Portal from the Govt. side now engage to impart true justice to Complaints". To impart a fruitful Justice to their customers who lodged different sorts of grievances,it is need to keep a close observation of the cases of Plaintiffs with certain timeline.Officers from the Grievance Portal side should not do simply the work of "RECEIVE and DISPATCH " as like Post office job.They must be serious to Judge the grievance completion reply.
