I have a suggestion about packaged water bottles given in trains like Shatabdi, Rajdhani etc. Here one litre bottles are distributed. thousands of litre of packaged water goes the waste at the end of the journey. Few passenger carry half filled bottles when they are alighting. Most passengers don't. My suggestion is to distribute half a litre bottles at the start of the journey. Those who need more can be given extra bottle when first is over. Sure as a nation we can stop a collosal waste.

AICTE(All india council for technical Education)insists to give 6th pay for the employees of all engineering colleges in India.But in private engineering colleges,very few colleges are giving 6th pay. So there is much difference in the salary of a person who is working in the govt. and private engg. college.Please take necessary action to maintain the same salary as the govt. colleges even in private. Please help the private college staff.

I want to discuss about the discriminates in the salary throughout India. If we compare the salary of a person who is working for a private company and for a govt. company,Example, a person who has a qualification with SSLC/PUC working for a bank(having 20 yrs experience) may get nearly 60,000. But the person who is having the same qualification and exper may get 20,000 in a private company. central and state govt. is increasing the DA of the employ twice per year, what about the private.
