We need a regulatory framework for rental deposits. In UK, US, rental deposits are regulated. Max deposit is capped at 6 weeks to 2 months. It is kept in separate escrow account. To deduct money from deposit, 3rd party assessment is mandatory. Can we have similar regulatory framework in India?

Farmers suffer more when a BUMPER crop results in drastic fall in market prices as happened recently in TOMATO crop in kareemnagar,Telengana state;the rate fell to 50NP;farmers threw the tomato in garbage bins as they could not sell.FARMERS SHOULD BE FORE-WARENED BY MARKET DEPARTMENTS AND ADVISED MEASURES TO PRESERVE THE CROP.ONION IS SELLING CHEAP NOW BUT WILL TURN COSTLY IN OFF SEASON;CONSUMERS SHOULD BE TAUGHT and persuaded TO PRESERVE THE CROP TO USE IN LEAN SEASON.

Hello Sir, We need awareness created amongst educated and uneducated to save water to save earth, we see lots of society member waste water by not keeping tab on tanks water level which overflows and goes unattended for over 15 minutes on daily, weekly or monthly basis, if they understand criticality of water and use them as small penny when needed to save rest for future, we can then save some water for others to save their lives. Hello Sir.. If indian railway depeartment can set-up a wind-mill or a heavy duty FAN on the train through which electricity can be generated and stored in battery. And later the stored electricity can we transfered and in those towns where electricity is not available.

Trust me, this plays a major part in killing the natural health of our earth and soil.
