Sir, I think India has to restructure the educational system first.Education till 10+2 must be free and equal to all in India.At present CBSE syllabus is better prepared.So CBSE syllabus can be for all the students in India till 10+2.CBSE text books must be available in all Indian & foreign langauages.If teachers in foreign language are not available enough we can conduct the classes through video conferencing.And from 9th std onwards classes must be based on credit system.

सर आरछण को पूरी तरह ख़त्म करने के स्थान पर कुछ जरूरत मंद लोगो को यह दिया जाय तो ज्यादा वेहतर होगा एक पैनल बनाया जाय और उस पैनल मे सभी धर्म के लोगो को जैसे हिन्दू,मुस्लिम,सिख,ईसाई,जैन,पारसी जैसे धर्मो के कुछ लोगो को यह कार्य दिया जाय के आपके समाज गरीव तबके का कौन है और विकलांग कौन है जो लोग सामने आये उनको ही आरछण दिया जाय दलितों के लिए एक अलग पैनल होगा जिस किसी को जॉब दी जा रही है आरछण के दम पर उसकी जांच पैनल करेगा यदि वो जॉब लेने योग्यहो तो ही मिले ताकि जॉब देने के मामले मे रिश्वतखोरी भी ख़त्म ह

Take a review on PhD Guides after 3 years from their students like how many research actually he/she had done or Assign some project to PhD guides under each university so that their knowledge will be updated otherwise they are only improving their number students under him /her.because only investing the money on research by UGC is not important it required actual output.

Where actually the tax amounts are spending?. In education system there should be same course duration in every university in particular state.eg.MCA course duration in Pune-3year,Kolhapur-2 year, Mumbai-2 year etc.
