In a country that receives sunlight 365 days of the year, we seem to be hearing about Vitamin D deficiency often. Many women and children are now being treated for Vitamin D deficiency. All that someone has to do is to spend 15-30 minutes 2-3 times in a week under sunlight to prevent this deficiency. People must be encouraged to walk for 15-30 minutes everyday early in the morning or in the evening when sun is not too hot. Indians cant be Vitamin D deficient with so much sun all around us

(Since it would create eye sight problem And waste of power) -Please do something about cricket matches. Since all the SSLC and PUC exams are always in the month of march. It Will affect thier exam.
