भारत और सरकारी नौकरी। ‘युवा’ मेहनत करता है। सबकुछ छोड़कर, एक लक्ष्य बना कर जुट जाता है। पर पता चलता है कि परीक्षा की तारीख आगे बढ़ जाती है। बढ़ती जाती है। जैसे - तैसे (अगर हो भी जाये तो) परीक्षा हो जाये तो प्रश्न पत्र बिक जाता है। परीक्षा रद्द। फिर न्यायालय। फिर तारीखें। तारीख पर तारीख। बेरोजगारी से ज्यादा मार तो यह तारीखें (परीक्षा के रद्द होने/देर होने का प्रक्रम और दोषी को सजा न मिलना) करती हैं। जिस बीच उम्मीदवार युवा के पास हताशा के अलावा कुछ हाथ नहीं आता।..............(see next post)
