Respected Sir, Im currently living in Bangalore.Working in IT Sector. I see lots of Transmission line towers present in Bangalore mostly rural areas. I think government has already planned to demolish these poles and move low tension and high tension wires under ground completely. These cables are so hazardous for the health. It affects health of Kids, it damages brain and all. It might affect everyone's future very badly in terms of career and health. Which will affect future of India.

Respected Sir, As per Section 10(10AA) of Income Tax Act 1961, Leave Encashment to Government Employees at the time of retirement is Tax free irrespective of amount. However, there is a ceiling of Rs 3 Lakh on tax free Leave Encashment in case of Non Government Employee including PSU employees. Income tax payers do not get any social security and this is a major cause for people's aversion to pay tax. Why not abolish the tax and make it as a investment. Instead of 30% earnings for tax, 30% earnings for investment and this amount can be retrieved only during below situations 1. After the age of 60 years ( Like retirement benefit) as a monthly pension. 2. If the person is incapacitated due to any accident (again as a monthly pension). This can be utilized for development.

श्रीमान् प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, भारत विषय:- गॉव की शिक्षा व्यवस्था के संबंध में महाशय, कृपा कर बिहार के शिक्षा व्यवस्था में मेरे कुछ बिंदूओ पर विचार करें:- *शिक्षको को अपने ही गॉव की स्कूल में ड्यूटी न दें। क्योंकि ऐसे शिक्षक न तो समय पर स्कूल जाते है और न ही ठीक से पढाते है। *सरकारी शिक्षक अपनी निजी कोचिंग या ट्यूशन नहीं चलाएंगे, केवल बेरोजगार ग्रेजुएट व्यक्ति ही कोचिंग या ट्यूशन चलाएं।

In our country may police post in different area per unko dek ker lagta nahin hai ki wo police post hai unki halat dekhi hai buldding saloon purani hai, road side police waley red light per hotey hai per unke ley koi jagay hahin hai teen ke neechey, ped ke neechey etc. proper planning nahin hai.
