sir,WE need to spend on productive development ,Issue is dam & water ways cleaning with waste management with employment, we need to channalise mnrega & panchayati employment funds to clean waterway & dams, the village groups can procure machinery,(R & D can provide mud or cement admixture block tech within resource) authority can buy such quality block refix in dam Or water ways or can be sold under dam cleaning waste manufactured masonry blocks

1000 sft of terrace harvested in pune gives 70000 lits of water per year which can be recharged in bore or collected in utility tank to use for cleaning,washing,flushing,gardening etc. Please emphasise on reduce,reuse and recycle of water.
