Please plan regional development in proper way.automobile manufacturing units located in Chennai, pune,Delhi etc ,but labor coming from Bihar, orrisa etc. What a mess we saw, during massive moment of migrant workers. Why can't govt policies changed so that manufacturing units are located where there are skilled workers. Or skill the workers in the location of manufacturing units.
