The SMART City Proposal Round 1 was a great work and I appreciate the Municipal Corporation Tirupati and supporting agencies both government and non-government. Now I would suggest decreasing the size of area to be less than 700 acres or so, which will cover the Govinda Raj Swamy Temple, Pushkarini and major Transport hub of Tirupati.

Tirupati has schools, colleges, universities, hospitals and also many tourist attractions, it’s just that we need to improve the efficiency and improve the service delivery to become a SMART City

Skywalk may not be a suitable option for the elderly and disabled suggest modifying the alternative solutions which are friendly for all groups of the society, as well consume lesser resources in operation and maintenance.

I would suggest developing Tirupati to be more smart tourist destination along with retaining natural beauty, so that tourists can extend their stay here for some more time.
