बेंको ओर सरकारी दफ्तरों में किये जाने वाले कार्य ओर उनकी लम्बी प्रक्रिया ओर लाइन को ख़तम करना चाहिए.इसके लिए हितग्राही को टोकन दिए जाने चाहिए ओर एक तिथि मे निश्चित लोगो को बुलाकर उनके काम होना चाहिया
