The logistics sector of India is heading for a leap. In such times it needs a strong framework to support it. Hence a new Central Civil Service called "Indian Logistics Service" or "Indian Transportation Service" should be introduced. To start with, Indian Railway Traffic Service should be redesignated as ILS or ITS. This will give a dedicated and skilled workforce to the logistics and transport sector.

Bandra-Worli Sea-Link captures the spirit of the emerging India. The sunlight shining on the bridge, in an otherwise dark atmosphere, inspires a feeling of awe, just like the new-India emerging out of a less attractive old-India.

My suggestion for New India is associated with solving traffic congestion in different cities of our country. I suggest to have this kind of unsignalized road junction to avoid traffic congestion,environmental pollution (air and noise), reduce accident cases , improve traffic control system,increase road capacity. This all can be done adopting the layout attached below.
