Suggestion. 10 cities/towns in 7 UTs. 6 to 7 city/town in 29 States. Above 10 L, 40 cities, 5 to 10 L 50 cities, 1 to 5 L 50 Cities and below 1 Lakh 50 towns or villages. To be under the Gram Panchayat or Municipality or the Corporation as applicable. Selection of the cities to be discussed with the State Govt. Being a federal structure. To start from the villages and graduate to the metros. Implementation and control would be easy and simple.

Must cover all towns with population above 500,000 and which have interest from tourists and pilgrims,e,.g. Vrindavan, Mathura, Ayodhya, Varanasi, Ajmer, Pushkar, Amritsar, Patna, Bodh Gaya, Goa etc.

bangalore...if we recycle e waste in bangalore, india can reduce gold imports by 25%, if in whole india,if e waste recycled, then, no gold imports, no rare elements import, reduction in electronics imports, and lakhs of JOBS created...

this is nice effort, but what happens, if waste from all world comes to india, and cleanliness become impossible,because of loopholes, in customs,....after reading this report, I REQUEST Admin, to convey this report to PM sir, because of urgency of matter....thank you, for reading this..

I m suggesting complete Solid waste management system for a town part at Kaushambi, Ghaziabad with a population of 30000. We r ready to manage it if supported by Govt/Nagarnigam by alloting suitable land, interest free loan, subsidy available & Tipping charges approved by Govt policy. Detailed project report can b given.

Baran may be a city from where u can begun this pilot project as due to drainage system the cleanliness is too far and after a short rain too the water is everywhere in city results in various diseases and the loss of crores rupees see the pics and feel the pain of city

All Capitals of States, Union Territories,Industrial and District Headquarter Towns should be the criteria. These initiative must be actuated on the ground by setting up 'Local Environment Protection Agencies"

citis can be chosen based on populationand size with atleast 3-4 cities from each state. for the implementation part pls find enclosed herewith the suggestion
