I request govt to initiate the bin system every where in India for every 200 meters atleast to make our india clean an Green.Every indian should habituate throwing waste in the bins only..I ve seen the Dust bin system Followed by Aberdeen-Scotland .Awesome.Every 100 meters there is a bin in every city..or even in high ways there is atleast a bin for atleast 2 km .Through this we can even create many jobs as well..

To get the 100% result in Swachh Bharat Movement we should give preference to following points. 1. Dustbin Facility In all Street> Dustbin Facility in all Colony>>A garbage van to move all the wastes to the central units where all the garbages can be converted into electricity or in useful gases. A salute to the people who already been involved to clean the mohalla, colonies, and slums. Jai Hind !!

Colonies should not depend on Govt. always to clean the localities from Corporations, instead they should actively participate to clean the environment.

Always people should not depend on Govt. for their locality cleaning.They should ready tackle problems like sanitation, power, horticulture etc.,People should come forward, frame the policies and put in-front of the Govt. Incident worked: When I started assembling people to get people to repair the area Manhole/Bangalore, all of a sudden area corpora-tor became active,brought the people and did the repair, earlier requests were rejected. When we active, other will follow, for the good cause.

हम कुछ मोहल्ले के युवाओ ने मिल कर वार्ड के कुछ लोगो को एकत्रित किया एक मीटिंग की मीटिंग के दौरान उन्हें समझाया की - "हर समस्या या कार्य के लिए स्थानीय निकाय या प्रशासन पर निर्भर रहने की वजहें हम सभी को आगे आकर सहभागिता के माध्यम से वार्ड के लिए उन्नत कार्य करने होंगे" ऐसी दिशा में हमने वार्ड में एक स्वछता अभियान चलाया हुआ है जिसका नाम है "कजरा मुक्त इटारसी" जिसमे हम कुछ युवा वार्ड के घर घर जा कर घर के कजरे को एक रिक्शे में डालने का अनुरोध करते है अभी तकरीबन ४०% लोग सहयोग कर रहे है.

Can we make a group in Pune - who would be interested in coming together and organising a cleanliness drive every weekend for a couple of hours targeting and covering different areas. Also, would request the administrator of the site to help us create groups on this site which can call like minded people to come together to organise such drives.

Sir, my concern is polythene(carry bags) use. People know it is hazardous ,but still use as there is no suitable cheap alternative. For uses like bringing home non-veg for week end use, storing garbage in small dustbins at home so that it does not splill over these are used extensively.So research for very chief degradable carry bags to be initiated and extensive awareness among people through e-media to be promoted.

The residents in our Sector 10 pocket 'A' carried out a 'Shram Daan' activity and cleaned the roads and vacant plots on Aug 17th, 2014 morning (Sunday morning). It was very encouraging to see most of the residents coming out and participating whole heartedly. All have agreed that this will now be done every Sunday and we will also rope in the RWA and Municipal Corp office to help with road repair, provision of heavy equipment (as required) and saplings etc for dedicated tree plantation drives.

MH) has started a Swacch Dombivli abhiyaan, supported by Rotract club of Dombivli, attached is the awareness campaign launched which is being shared with citizens of Dombivli. awarecitizensgroupdombivli@gmail.com is the email address for people to communicate and work together. The drive will work towards awareness for people to not litter or dump waste and avoid dirt & filth being created or spread in the town.
