People waste a lot of fresh water on road as well as setting up the submersible without any permission and waste water. On the other hand it is also observed the water tanks at home overflow as people forget to switch off the motor early in the morning and sleep. This water wastes and collects on road and causes mosquito breeding as well as road erosion

Dear PM ModiJi Namaskar.. for those you are involved in damaging public properties on account of Riots, dharna etc there has not been any major system to stop this offence. I would request you to come up a legislation where in the activities and political or social parties who are involved in such activities should be summarily be put behind bar and they should be tried on a fast track basis. the cost of such damages should be recovered from them or they should be forced to re-construct as per the approved qualitive standards (insuch case there should be proper approved certifying agencies ) The legislation once framed and put as an INACT of parliament should be implemented . The Nodal agency should be like Central agency who handles the disaster management, similar kind of set up should be put in place to effectively monitor these kind of activities and make necessary action. Our constitution provides but these left with the local state governments which has failed all these yrs
