Dear PM Sir, We appreciate your efforts and hardwork, that your govt has implemented gst which was very long pending. The Tax collection is increasing, But this system is still not properly implemented yet. One of the biggest frustrating rule is the buyer does not ITC due to supplier's fault. There are billing frauds in the country but there are genuine traders also. They are facing harassment due to this. Our country law says "chahe 100 apradhi chhut jaye, par 1 nirdosh ko saza nahi honi chahiye" With this rule the nirdosh, innocent people are being punished. The govt must curb fraud GSTINs, do regular verifications of new or dummy GSTINs, put limit on generating EWB on new GSTINs, take deposits etc. There must be claim and complaint option in GST portal return dashboard. Every month the buyer can claim missing bills and complaint against fraud GSTIN. The dept must take immediate and strict action against more complaints and fraud GSTINs. Pls catch frauds, not the genuine.
