Yoga facility in townships: Honorable Prime Minister, Would like to bring to your kind attention that practicing yoga in a residential township is becoming expensive day by day. The township association charges money for using the clubhouse facility by the hour (airconditioning and rent). Then there is the salary for the yoga instructor. These two components drives up the yoga fees and makes it unappealing to the residents. On the other hand facilities for playing shuttle, table tennis, swimming, basketball etc are brought under the "common area maintenace" charges and money collected from all the residents irrespective of whether they want them or not. Will it be possible for the government to make it mandatory for all residential townships (incuding senior citizen homes) to provide facilities (even if its an open air structure like a gazebo) and bring its maintenance and upkeep as part of the CAM charges ? Thank You.

Sir, the point is on recent announcement of HM that a bill to link the death and birth register with electoral rolls will be introduced in Parliament which not only eliminate many irregularities in voters list including the omission/other mistakes by enumerators but auto-updation of electoral roll at any time. It is understood that as soon as a person turns 18, the Election Commission will intimate him and make his voter card. In case of someone’s death, the Census registrar will send a notice to the family that they have received information about the person’s death and the family has 15 days to object, following which the Election Commission will remove his name from the voter list. As per HM announcement, the data could be used for framing development schemes and updating list of people who avail beneficiary schemes. In this occasion, it is requested that online voting facility also be considered. This will eliminate bogus voting and unjustifiable removal of name from voters list.

Can rules be framed and implemented to ensure the following: a) All freebies that are announced during election campaigning must have a document that states how they will be funded. This needs to be part of the election manifesto and should be adhered to. b) Can 50% reservations be allowed for EWS across all categories instead of another EWS category. Say if reservation for STs is at 7.5%, then 50% of that should be for EWS within that. This would enable economic upliftment of that category.

Good day Honourable PM. Please look into this matter and help me, this is a matter of my FUTURE. I am Kareena Karnani,17 years old, an OCI card holder. I completed school from 4-12 class in Oman,CBSE board. Now I want to pursue my education in BTECH, I cleared my JEE MAINS EXAM 2023 and registered DASA under CIWG(children of Indian workers in gulf) category. My father Amit R Karnani, is an Indian citizen, has been working inOman for the past 10 years. In spite of being eligible under theCIWG category, and having all documents,DASA is not considering me under the CIWG category, only because I am an OCI.But CIWG refers toCHILDREN OF INDIAN WORKERS IN GULF and my father is an Indian passport holder and working in gulf.In the DASA 2023 brochure it was no where mentioned that ‘OCI card holders living in gulf will not be considered under CIWG’. Then why am I placed in the same category as the NRI’s living in countries other than gulf?? I believe you will help me Dear PM Thank you very much!
