Dear Modi Ji, our Mega Cities like Mumbai is crumbling. It is constantly dug up every where and the quality of the Civic work is absolutely poor. With the richest municiple corporation we expect reputed contractors dying quality work. Given they have so much money, they have no sense of effectiveness. I have personaly survey in 20 cities in Uttar Pradesh, New Delhi, Hariyana.Most of the people have water tank in thier houses.In little ignorance they misuse electric energy and water runoff in overflow from thier water tank .I found in my survey 0.5 H.P. to 5.0 H.P.Pump consuming electric Rs313 to Rs 3132 at same time 21600 ltr to 50400 ltr water/year/houses.Plz say OHT
