It is observed that people want Govt. job but after getting govt job these person don't want to use Govt.services.Eg. A govt. teacher don't want to teach their children in Govt. school. A person working in Health department also don't want to utilized govt. health services whenever required for their kin/family members. This practice affects quality of health care/education services to other who are really needy poor persons.Thus utilization of govt. services to govt. employees to be made must.
