Can every Ambulance have a Walky Talky with a frequency same as Delhi Police / special frequency? So as In case of any emergency or while carrying a patient the message can be broadcasted both-ways to Delhi Police. This course cum training should not be limited to NSS/NCC only.Also. government funding agencies should focus on regional/local problems while allocating funds for projects to research/ academic institutes rather than mere imitating research of other countries.
