All the initiatives by government can be successful only if they are properly implemented by the government employees. To make this happen, the all government employees must be rated based on their performance. This will ensure success of the various initiatives of government.

Namaskar, Corruption is the main threat to my nations progress. Corruption especially in government services is effecting the nation hugely, but the problem is public people are not able to see and realise it. If I take the example of police services, the public instead of feeling safe by seeing the police are actually feeling scared by seeing them. In my opinion the police services has to come under President, so that no political party or person can influence it in a larger way as it is now.

Reservation problem. Granting reservation to sc st obc only once so that they dont switch to institutions and govt jobs every time and get priority everywhere just due to reservation. if a person enters through reserve quota he should not be allowed promotion on reservation basis
