Dear PM, This is not exactly for MAN KI BAT , but could not find any other forum to put in my views. The Income tax dept works under CBDT & the tribunals CIT ( A) and ITAT who handle appeals also come under CBDT. There is lot of delays at this stage before one can approach High Court or SC. This needs urgent review. Some thing like OMBUDSMAN should be handling the grievances.It could also be a QUASI Legal body. . regards

To my previous post I will add , if those snacks making firm can use paper packet instead of plastic pouches just we can imagine howuch plastic waste can be saved . Its the new India so this new step can make the India in a greener India .

We some of my colluge went for clean drive in a city ,what we found on both the day around 1 ton of plastic pouches which was of empty snacks packet ,gutka packet and all ,plastic glass etc . So my request to you if you can make a scheme which suggest those snacks making firms to pack those foods in paper packet
