Resp. Sir, With respect to my suggestion for NATIONAL SERVICE MISSION, I suggest that govt. should frame scheme and rules and this be monitored by Central Govt. All youths under NSM should be enrolled in the National Service Mission Register and post their completion awarded certificate with unique identification no. These youths should be provided benefit of full Income Tax holiday for first two years from their taxable income under I.Tax Act. They be considered for superannuation pension.

Sir my suggestion to deal with epidemic outbreaks I.e. muzaffarpur Bihar outbreak we can recruit medical teams from nearby medical colleges of state or nearby states, can make temporary hospitals in schools or can make temporary ICU like facilities in district hospitals, community health centers, primary health centers. survey teams should do surveys and detect early cases , root cause of malnutrition should be explored and action plan should be implemented. Needs more fruitful action plan .
