Farmer should be encouraged to increase hieght of band around field. Every house should have compulsory rainwater harvesting pit . Plz give some 5000 rs to every person for making pit of dimensions 4 x4 x 6 to store water. Think for water stored by one house and by 20 crore house. Thanks
