Respected sir As in this term you said that water conservation is the main focus and we also know that water scarcity it a huge problem for our primary sector farmers so I have an idea for the issue A scheme should be introduced where farmers themselves allot a fixed portion of their cultivating land to collect rain water and for this incentives can also be given. This rain water collection helps to irrigate farms and also helps in increasing ground water level.Can be applied atleast in rainarea
