Respected Prime Minister, My concern is that, why shouldn’t we consider the helmet as a part of the vehicle and make it mandatory for the manufacturer not to sell the motorcycle without the helmet. As people will get the helmet as a part of the vehicle they will change their mentality. People will ride the motorcycle wearing the helmet assuming helmet as a part of the vehicle not as a compulsion on them.

60th anniversary celebrations of LBSNAA calls for assessment the way IAS is working in the country. Over the years IAS has emerged as a pressure group serving its own interests and that of influential, rich and powerful class. Few of them are authoritarian and arbitrary in their style of functioning. How can an ordinary man expect justice from IAS officers. GOI should in Public Interest appoint High Powered Committee to bring in reforms in IAS and LBSNAA should reorient its training.
